As the base tea for this blend is green tea and all green teas are very effective in boosting your metabolism and burning fat, it can aid in weight loss. The blend also supports better digestion, so it is best had post meals. Recommended to drink plain without Milk or Sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea to 150ml of water, pour hot water on the tea leaves and steep it for 2-3 mins.
About The Brand
Tea Trunk was founded in 2013 by Tea Sommelier Snigdha Manchanda, in order to source teas directly from farmers and craft them into unique blends. In 2011, her passion for tea took her to a professional tea school in Sri Lanka, where Snigdha studied under the guidance of Japanese tea master, Nao Kumekawa. She came backinspired and brimming with stories about tea, and decided to make it her mission to demystify tea-speak.
